Offerings are passed through a rigorous screening process.
All offerings submitted for consideration are put through a 30 step due diligence process performed by our team of investment professionals. Only the offerings that pass this rigorous process are listed on the platform for investment.2
Investors explore investment opportunities
Investors browse the open opportunities available on the platform and choose investments that are in line with their personal investment objectives.3
Invest confidently
After verifying their identity and accredited investor status, investors will sign their documents and fund their investment all through the StorageTrader platform.Funds are held in escrow until the minimum raise amount has been met. Once the minimum raise has been achieved, StorageTrader sends the funds directly to the deal sponsor.

Track and monitor your portfolio
Ongoing reporting, distributions and updates will be provided directly to investors through the StorageTrader platform.Easily track and monitor your portfolio from your Investor Dashboard, or manage your offering from your Sponsor Dashboard.

Repayment and maturity
At maturity, you will receive the agreed upon repayment, facilitated by StorageTrader. Once matured, the investor will have received all of the expected benefits of the investment and the offering’s sponsor will have fulfilled all obligations to their investors.Each offering will have unique terms set directly by the offering’s sponsor.
